• Your ADEM username is required on tickets for this service. Your username is everything before @adem.alabama.gov in your email address.

Installation Instructions

Inside the folder linked above, double-click LaserficheSDKRuntimeInstaller.exe to install the required Laserfiche components. Once that is successfully installed, double-click setup.exe to install Complaints.

If you need an account created to allow access beyond read-only, please contact your Division Coordinators.
